3 course meal for 2 and 2 complimentary glasses of Prosecco

Starters

Prawn cocktail – prawns in a homemade Marie Rose sauce on a bed of lettuce served with brown bread

Grilled goat cheese and beetroot tart served with chutney and mixed salad leaves (V)

Mozzarella, sundried tomato and olive skewers served on a salad garnish drizzled with pesto

dressing (V)

Falafels on a bed of leaves served with pitta bread and hummus (vegan)

Main courses

Cod Florentine – a fillet of cod on a bed of spinach topped with a cheese sauce served with roasted cherry tomatoes and new potatoes

Smothered chicken – a whole chicken breast with a mushroom, onion, bacon and cream sauce served with sauté potatoes and green beans

Braised steak – a slow cooked braised steak in a red wine and mushroom sauce served with red cabbage and creamy mashed potato

Aubergine Parmigiana – layers of aubergines, tomatoes, onions, peppers and vegan mozzarella topped with vegan cheese. Served with a salad and crusty bread (vegan)

Desserts

Sticky toffee pudding served with cream, custard or ice cream

Eaton mess – layers of whipped cream, strawberries and meringue

Chocolate torte – served with cream or vegan cream
