Latin Lovers cod – cod loin with a herb breaded crust on a bed of Mediterranean sauce served with new potatoes

Smothered with Love chicken – whole chicken breast stuffed with stilton in a rich creamy white wine and stilton sauce served with sauté potatoes and mange tout

Red Hot Lovers beef – slow cooked braised steak in a brandy and mushroom sauce served with creamy mashed potato and green beans
